Protaganist and antaganist

These characters were from another project I have done earlier in the year

My protagonist is based around death however i did not manage to finish my concept for him, I looked at the witch king from lord of the rings for inspiration.

My Antagonist is called Dark heart and is a massive demon. The original concept was that his mouth opened in 4 places to show his mouth. This was difficult to illustrate.

I went back towards the end of the year and did a speed painting version of Dark Heart, this looks better as his mouths open but doesn't open in 4 places.
